James Everett Maginley Mr. James Everett Maginley, 58 of Lewiston passed away suddenly on August 15, 2012 at his residence. He was born in St. Johnsville, NY to Thomas and Mabel (Conklin) Maginley on October 26, 1952. Formally of Orlando, he moved to Lewiston where he was a truck driver for many years working at Hartland Distributors of Gaylord. He was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed stock car racing. He would race in Orlando when he was younger. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for a friend. He is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Finigan of Daytona Beach, FL; two grandchildren; special friends, Carol (Randy) Ryckman of Lewiston and their children, Becky (Chris) Hull; Jeanette (Ed) Bennett both of Erie, PA; and their grandchildren, Chase and Jaydon. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life on September 2, 2012 at 1:30 PM at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, there will be a time of gathering from 1:00 until the time of service at the funeral home.
