James Huffman

Mr. James (Jim, BJ) E. Huffman, 76 of Dearborn Heights, Michigan died peacefully at home in Atlanta, Michigan surrounded by loves ones on July 13, 2021. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 13, 1945 to the late, Charles and Christine (Ladd) Huffman. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a welder, fabricator, and mechanic. He enjoyed his afternoons going out for brunch and riding his motorcycle. Most importantly, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends. He will be deeply missed.

James is survived by his children, Chad (Cheryl) Huffman; Stan (Jamie) Jenkins; Sandy Porath; Ronnie (Grace) Moyer; Tom Moyer; Donnie Moyer; Jim (Catherine) Brown; Charlie Brown; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, expecting two more great-grandchildren; and also his dear friends (family) at A.M. Leather in Romulus, Michigan. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Judith Huffman;  parents, Charles and Christine Huffman; two sisters, one brother, and son-in-law, Joseph Porath.

A memorial service will be held in celebration of his life Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Michigan Memorial.
