Jack Edwin Hook Mr. Jack Edwin Hook, 84 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away on July 16, 2013 at Medilodge. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 6, 1928. He served his country in the United States Navy. He has resided in Lewiston since 2012, formerly of West Lafayette, Ohio. He worked for Lewiston Luster as a foreman for 20 years and was a member of the VFW Post 6335 in Lewiston and VFW Post 1330 in Coshocton, Ohio. He enjoyed to make leather items, but above all, enjoyed his time spent with family and friends. He is survived by sons, Jack Hook Jr. of Coshocton, OH; Richard Hook of TX; daughters, Debi (Jack) Fierens of Lewiston; Dorothy Lamb of Lewiston; and two grandchildren. As were his wishes cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr. Hook at this time.
