Harold Edward Young Harold Edward Young, 74 of Lewiston, MI passed away on April 26, 2011 at his residence. He was born to James and Myrtle (Beaton) Young on May 19, 1936 in Leachville, AR. He married the late, Arlene (Sauer) Young on May 19, 1956 in Angolia, IN. He moved to Lewiston in 2004 from Redford. He worked as an auto body mechanic for over fifty years, mostly for Ford dealerships. In his free time he enjoyed the outdoors and doing things such as; camping, fishing, riding horses, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and ATV'S. He was a member of the Lewiston Moose and the Lewiston American Legion. Above everything, he enjoyed time spent with family and friends. He is survived by his son, Wayne (Paula) Young of Lewiston, MI; daughter, Kelly (Michael) Fielding of Howell, MI; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Delores) Payne of Las Vegas, NV; and Robert Young of Gladwin, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene and son, Glenn Alexander Young. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and a funeral service for Mr. Young was held on Sunday, May 1, 2011.The family has suggested all memorials be sent to the American Legion Riders Post 198.
