Glenford Burnell Fletcher Sr. Mr. Glenford Burnell Fletcher Sr., 82 of Lewiston, Michigan died on February 13, 2015 at his home with loved ones at his side. He was born to the late, Earl and Stella (Ball) Fletcher in Croswell, Michigan on July 20, 1932. Glenford served his country proudly in the United States Navy aboard the USS Gilbert Islands delivering planes to help the war effort in Korea. On April 29, 1953 in Yale, Michigan he married wife, Margaret (Dudley) Fletcher and together they celebrated 61 years of marriage before his death. Glenford worked as a plant supervisor for Champion Home Builders for 22 years before retirement. He also drove bus for the Johannesburg-Lewiston Schools for 14 years and retired in 1994. When he wasn't working he enjoyed trips to the casino, playing BINGO, and mushroom picking. He was avid in hunting, specifically deer, pheasant, and rabbits and enjoyed sports as a Detroit Tigers fan. Glenford was a life member of the Lewiston VFW Post 6335. Above everything he did, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Fletcher; sons, Glenford Jr "Butch" (Rhonda) Fletcher; Randy Fletcher all of Lewiston; daughters, Barbara (Richard) Haughton of Chesaning; Kathy (Ed) Dunayczan of Katy, Texas; ten grandchildren, Megan, Kristi, Tory, Travis, Josh, Kayla, Cody, Matt, Mark, and Kellie; great-grandchildren, Hailie, Noah, Kaiti, Josh, Dennis, Myah, Nolan, Braylon, Dominic, Bella, Ava, and Jackson; and sister, Lucille (Boyd) Blair of Oseleo, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Stella Fletcher; and brother, Lee. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no services scheduled for Mr. Fletcher at this time.
