Gerald Lapointe

Gerald "Jerry" LaPointe Mr. Gerald "Jerry" LaPointe, 53 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away suddenly on October 25, 2013 at his residence. He was born to Raymond and Irene (Sheroski) LaPointe on June 30, 1960 in Wyandotte, Michigan. He moved to the Lewiston area six years ago, formerly from Florida and Illinois. When he was younger he enjoyed driving race cars and water-skiing. He was a giving man and would provide to those who needed it. His nieces and nephews meant a lot to him and family was always his number one priority. He is survived by father, Raymond LaPointe of Lewiston; brothers, Christopher (Janice) LaPointe of Jacksonville, Florida; Dale LaPointe of Lewiston; James (Kristine) LaPointe of Grosse Ile; and Timothy (Shannon) LaPointe of Lewiston; nieces and nephews, Jason, Aaron, Noelle, Danielle, Dustin, Kellie, Monica, Allison, Timmy. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene LaPointe; wife, Carrie LaPointe. Funeral services for Mr. LaPointe will take place at noon on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Green Funeral Home; Lewiston, Michigan; Fr. Santiago Hoyumpa officiating. Visitation will take place from 10am until time of service.
