Frank Grenke

Frank Joel Grenke Frank Joel Grenke, 70, of Lewiston, MI formerly of Roseville, MI, passed away on March 28, 2007. He was born on January 5, 1937 to Joseph and Winifred (Palmer) Grenke in Armada, MI. He married the former Kay Gray on May 5, 1958 in Roseville. Frank has lived permanently in Lewiston for the past 9 yrs, vacationing here since 1962. He retired from G&L Industries after 20+ years of service, he also worked for Rochester Paper for 10 yrs. He was a member of St Francis Catholic Church in Lewiston. Frank was also a member of the Roseclair Eagles and the Lewiston Moose. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and woodworker. He loved to take long drives in the car and go boating. He truly loved his family and pets. Frank is survived by his wife, Kay, of Lewiston, MI; Son, Frank (Sue) Grenke of Warren, MI; three daughters, Cammy (Jim) Quicnn of Clinton Twp, MI, Melissa (Joe) Bohn of Roseville, MI, and Tish (Joe) Simkus of Riley Twp, MI; 7 grandchildren, James, Jason, Samantha, Lindsey, Chevy, Joey, and Jackie; sister, Hilda (Frank) Gruss of Mt Pleasant, MI; and his mother in law, Barbara Gray/Rutkowski of Lewiston, MI. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, April 2, 2007 at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, at 11:00 AM, Fr James VonTobel officiating.
