Francine Peterson

Francine Kay Peterson Mrs. Francine Kay Peterson, 57 of Hillman, MI passed away on August 25, 2012 at her residence. She was born to John and Ruth (Haviland) Harris in Gaylord, MI on December 10, 1954. She was a resident of Hillman for the last year and a half, formally of Atlanta. She worked at both JD's Restaurant and the Atlanta Hardware. Francine was a member of the Eagles #4077. She enjoyed crocheting, morel mushroom hunting, camping, and being outside. She was a people person and enjoyed helping others. She is survived by her husband, Roger Peterson of Hillman; son, Les Hargrave of Swartz Creek; daughter, Rachel (Jeff) Jeffries of FL; grandchildren, Ryan, Hunter, Josie, Timmy, and Ashley; stepson, Jon (Cindy) Peterson of Vienna; brother, Russell (Mary) Peelman of East Tawas; sister, Rena Spalding of Atlanta; Claudia Martinez of IN; Dell (Bill) Gideon of Dearborn Heights. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ruth Harris and brother, Ron Watson. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside memorial will be at a later date.
