Mr. Eugene Floyd Pearsall, 85 of Atlanta, Michigan died suddenly on March 26, 2020 at his home. He was born in Traverse City, Michigan on October 27, 1934 to the late, Harold and Echo (Hiler) Pearsall. Formerly of White Lake, Eugene had a cabin in the Atlanta area for almost 20 years and has resided in Atlanta since 2006. He worked for B&V Excavating as a heavy equipment operator for 33 years. He was a member of the Operating Engineers Local 324 and earned his 55 year certificate this past year. Eugene enjoyed a variety of hobbies including gambling and trips to the casino, hunting and his love for the outdoors. He enjoyed being outside in his yard and cutting trees. He also valued his time spent with family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Eugene is survived by his children, Eugene Pearsall of Commerce Township; Roxanne (James) Wells of Reno, Nevada; stepsons, Douglas (Linda) Cash of Commerce Township; Richard (Jenny) Cash of Whitmore Lake; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and brother, James Pearsall of Howell. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Echo Pearsall; and wife, Sylvia.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are currently no services planned for Mr. Pearsall at this time.
