Dr. Frank Richard Hendricks Dr Frank Richard Hendricks, 88, of Hillman, MI, passed away at Medilodge of Hillman on January 1, 2009. He was born on January 28, 1920 to Charles and Helen (Stepanik) Hendricks in Detroit, MI. Frank served in the US Navy and Naval Reserves for 20 yrs, earning his MD through their assistance. He then worked as an MD in both Southfeild and Hillman for many years. He was a member of St Augustine Catholic Church in Hillman. He liked to golf when he was able, and enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, snowmobiling, and especially fishing. Frank is survived by his daughter, Debbie Wicks of Wixom, MI; sons, Dennis of West Bloomfield, MI, and Kerry (Denise) Hendricks of Central Lake, MI; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; companion, Naomi Kanalos, Hillman, MI; brothers, George of Highland, MI, Stan (Barbara) of Manistique, MI, and Ray of Livonia, MI; and a brother in law, Stan Basher of Detroit, MI. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer Wicks, and sisters, Irene and Margaret. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 5, 2009 at St Augustine Catholic Church in Hillman, Fr Wayne Dziekan officiating
