Dorothy Yerrick

Dorothy Marie Yerrick Mrs. Dorothy Marie Yerrick, 90, of Atlanta, MI, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Tendercare Gaylord. She was born on August 22, 1923 to Ralph and Lydia (Fields) Woodard in Elsie, MI. She moved to Atlanta in the early 1970's formerly of Algonac, MI. She was a member of the Atlanta Congregational Church, and was very active with the Baby Basket organization there for years. She enjoyed to watch the birds outside. Above all else, she loved to visit with family and friends throughout the years. Dorothy is survived by her son, Ron (Lori) Yerrick of Saginaw, MI; daughter, Cathy (Dave) Moss of Vienna, MI; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a sister, Joyce Curtis of Mesa, AZ. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Home. Memorials have been suggested to the Baby Basket in Atlanta.
