Doris Fullerton

Doris Irene Fullerton Mrs. Doris Irene Fullerton, 82 of Hillman, Michigan died peacefully on October 30, 2016 at MediLodge. She was born in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late, James and Ann (Brown) Hayes on May 21, 1934. She lived in Hillman for the last 15 years, formerly of Lincoln Park. She worked as a cosmetologist for 25+ years owning and operating her own beauty shops in Allen Park. Doris was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion in Taylor and the Moose Lodge in Lincoln Park. She enjoyed reading; especially health books. Most importantly, she enjoyed her time spent with family and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her son, Dan Moore of Hillman; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Rollie Hawes of Trenton. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ann Hawes; and husband, James Fullerton. Funeral services for Mrs. Fullerton will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Green Funeral Home; Hillman; Pastor Larry Kirby officiating. Visitation will take place from noon until time of service. Private interment will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery; Holly, Michigan.
She is survived by her son, Dan Moore of Hillman; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Rollie Hawes of Trenton. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ann Hawes; and husband, James Fullerton.
