Donald L. Johnsonbaugh Donald Lee Johnsonbaugh 'DJ", 78 of Hillman, formerly of Presque Isle, passed away Tuesday May 1st, 2007 at his residence after and extended illness. DJ was born July 21, 1928 in Hartford City, IN the son of Arlin and Helen (Painter) Johnsonbaugh. He retired from the General Motors Tech Center 1986 and also worked as a deputy for the Oakland County Sheriff's Department. He married his wife the former Sandy Norman September 25, 2006 in Rogers City. Don was also an active member of the Hillman Lions Club. Don is survived by his wife Sandy, daughter Linda Sue McFarland of Alpena, grandson Geoff A. McFarland of Posen and granddaughter Bekki Chotnacki of Alpena. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Episcopal Church in Hillman, Rev Mike Bell and Rev Karen Thompson officiating. Friends may call at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Sandy would like to express a special THANK YOU to Hospice of the Sunrise Shore, John Scheifflee, Mon and all those who helped during this most difficult time.
