Donald Croy Donald Croy, 59, of Lewiston, formerly of Swanton, Ohio, passed away at his residence on August 3, 2007. He was born on April 23, 1948 to Al and Donna (Jackson) Croy. Don served his country during Vietnam in the Air Force as a medic. He retired from Morgan Stanley where he worked as an investment advisor. He was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, both in Lewiston, Commins Eagles, and a life member of the VFW Post in Toledo, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting, cooking, and flying as a private pilot. He was an avid Ohio State fan. He loved to travel with Gunn, and spend time with his family. Donald is survived by his fiancé, Gunn Johansen of Lewiston, MI; daughters, Jennifer (Craig) Cheatle, of Oxford, MI, Elisa (Jeff) Curtis of Perrysburg, OH, and Stephanie (Chris) Ratliff of Petoskey, MI; 6 grandchildren; mother, Donna Croy of Houston, TX; brothers, Al Croy of TX, Doug Croy of Arizona, Richard (Mary) Croy of Hicksville, OH, Steve (Chip) Cory of Houston, TX, Bob Croy of TN, Larry Croy of CA, Harry (Terri) Croy of TX, and Kevin (Kristi) Croy of TX; and a sister Mary Phillips of TX. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Croy. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2007 at the Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI at 1:00 pm, Pastor Rick McClendon officiating.
