Donald Frances Code Mr. Donald Frances Code, 82 of Lewiston, Michigan passed away on September 10, 2013 at AuSable Valley Community in Fairview. He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan to the late, George and Elsie (Necson) Code on March 4, 1931. He was a proud veteran and served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Don has lived in Lewiston since 1992, formerly of the Pontiac area. He owned and operated his own trucking business for many years and drove for TriCounty Trucking. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion both in Lewiston. Don enjoyed to snowmobile, golf, and hunt-especially deer. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by brother, George (Wanda) Code of Lewiston; nieces and nephews, Sally, Kairen, Lee Ann, Cynthia, Donald, Timothy; and companion, Nemia Johnson of Lewiston. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Elsie Code. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place. Donald will be buried at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan; at a later date.
