Diane Rivest

Diane K. Rivest Diane Kay Rivest, 58, of Lewiston, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at her residence. She was born on December 21, 1949 to Max and Rita (Petro) Hott in St Johns, MI. She married James Rivest in 1973 in Elsie, MI. She has lived in Lewiston since 1990 formerly of Elsie, MI. She was currently working at HB Carbide. Diane enjoyed painting, gardening, and her cats. Diane is survived by her husband, Jim of Lewiston, MI; son, Nathan (Amy) Rivest of Kalkaska, MI; two daughters, Mari (Jay) Schupp of Dafter, MI, and Anne (Brian) Agren of Lewiston, MI; grandchildren, Logan, Nick, Jillian, Max, and Madalyn; parents, Max and Rita Hott of St Johns, MI; and two sisters, Mary (Rod) Kiger of Elsie, MI, and Jan (Mark) Knowles of Elwell, MI. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 2:00 PM in Lewiston. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-8 PM. Arrangements were entrusted to the Green Funeral Home. The family has suggested memorials to the American Cancer Society.
