Dennis Keith Partington Mr. Dennis Keith Partington, 76 of Johannesburg, Michigan died peacefully at his residence surrounded by loved ones on October 22, 2016. He was born on October 17, 1940 to the late, Harry and Eva (Street) Partington in Detroit, Michigan. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He married his wife, Theola (Good) Partington in Livonia, Michigan on November 25, 1981 and together the couple celebrated 34 years of marriage before his passing. He retired from General Motors Chevy Springs Bumper Plant in Livonia after 29 years and was a member of the American Legion Post #0225 in Lansing. Dennis lived in Johannesburg for almost 27 years, formerly from Walled Lake. He enjoyed playing pool and keno and was an outdoorsman whether he was hunting, fishing, camping, or riding his four-wheeler. Above everything, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Theola Partington of Johannesburg; son, Dennis Jr; daughters, Yvonne (Glen); and Dorothy; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Marilyn (Bob) Frame; and Margie Partington both of Lewiston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Eva Partington. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are currently no services scheduled for Mr. Partington at this time.
