Dennis Alan Letourneau Dennis Alan Letourneau, 72, of Lewiston, passed away on September 14, 2009 at Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord. He was born on April 18, 1937 to Albert and Ulaine (Bezzo) Letourneau in River Rouge, MI. He worked for the City of River Rouge Department of Public Works for 30 yrs, then another 15 years he worked for Macomb Mechanical before retiring to Lewiston. Mr Letourneau served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Lewiston Moose Lodge and American Legion, and also the Lincoln Park Eagles. He loved football, he played all through school, and loved to watch games on the television. He loved to socialize and joke with family and friends. Dennis is survived by his wife, Wanda; daughter Nicole Chavez of Southgate, MI; step sons, James (Debbie) Besham of Lincoln Park, MI, and Virgil (Wanda) Besham of Salyersville, KY; step daughters, Regina Marks of Brownstown, MI, and Melinda (Allen) Chapman of Romulus, MI; 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; and a sister, Candace (Stephen) Morse of Traverse City, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Ulaine; and two sisters, Jaqueline Wolven and Patti Letourneau. Funeral services for Mr. Letourneau will be held on Thursday, September 17, at 11:00 AM at the Green Funeral Home, Fr Raymond Cotter officiating. Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-9 PM in Lewiston. Interment will take place at the Albert Twp Cemetery.
