David Sherbonda

David Marvin Sherbonda Mr. David Marvin Sherbonda, 71, of Lewiston, MI, passed away on April 24, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Albert Township, Michigan on October 31, 1942 to the late, Leonard and Margaret (Power) Sherbonda. He married wife, June (Ferguson) Sherbonda in Lewiston on February 15, 1964. David lived in Lewiston his entire life and was a 1960 graduate of Atlanta High School. He enjoyed building and making crafts with wood, retiring after many years of being a carpenter. He also worked for other contractors in the area as well. Prior to his work as a carpenter, he worked as a mechanic at the old Shell station in Lewiston. If David wasn't giving you a hard time it meant that he didn't like you. He used to fish and loved to go duck hunting. Above everything, he enjoyed his time with family and will be greatly missed. He is survivied by his wife, June Sherbonda of Lewiston; son, Jim (Jennifer) Sherbonda of Lewiston: grandchildren, Rachael, Jake, David and Destiny; sister Peggy Kujala of Lewiston. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Margaret Sherbonda. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr. Sherbonda at this time.
