Dale Blackmore

Mr. Dale Herbert Blackmore, 87 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully on February 10, 2020 at his home. He was born on October 26, 1932 in Canton, Michigan to the late, Oren and Eva (Post) Blackmore. Dale has resided in Lewiston for the past 40+ years, formerly of Plymouth. He was a member of the Michigan Masons 45th Parallel Lodge #581 in Lewiston and the Plymouth Rock Lodge #47 in Plymouth. He was also a member of The Eastern Star in Lewiston. Dale enjoyed to both golf and fish, as well as spend time with his family. He will be deeply missed.

Dale is survived by his son, Kevin (Tina) Blackmore of Dearborn; grandchildren, Kyle (Christi) Blackmore, Courtney (Jay) Perez, Samantha (Doug) Labadie, Marisa Blackmore, Austin Blackmore; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Burnett of Florida; brother, Bill Blackmore of Garden City; and daughter-in-law, Patt Blackmore of Highland. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oren and Eva Blackmore; wife, Hazel; daughter, Becky Wilkes; and son, Robyn.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Dale privately at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Home.
