Cornelius Huff

Cornelius Huff Cornelius Huff, 75, of Herron, MI, formerly of Atlanta, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2008 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 23, 1932 to Floyd and Cora (Amburgy) Huff in Kentucky. He was an active Mason at the Atlanta Masonic Lodge #516. He was also a member of the Elk Khurafeh Shrine Club. He retired from Chrysler after 30 yrs of service. He was an avid golfer when he was able. He enjoyed being "up north", and truly missed his log home in Atlanta. Cornelius is survived by his wife, Olga, of Herron, MI; daughter, Pat Doyle of Ft Myers, FL; step daughter, Carol Williams of Oak Park, MI; 2 step grandchildren, Carla and Sheryl; brothers, Okera (Bernice) of Manistee, MI, Orville (Joyce) of Wawaka, IN, and Delmas of Decatur, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Andy, and sister, Margie. Funeral services for Mr Huff will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, MI, Rev Virginia Titus officiating. Visitation hours will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with Masonic Services concluding the evening at 7:00.
