Cleston "Teddy" Nolff Cleston "Teddy" Nolff, 50, of Atlanta, passed away on November 27, 2008 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. He was born on December 28, 1957 to Cleston and Joanne (Koon) Nolff in Torrance, CA. He has lived at Pine Park Group Home in Atlanta since 1981. He loved books and puzzles; and enjoyed watching TV. He was a people person, who loved to visit with others. Teddy will be missed by all of the wonderful people that cared for him since coming here to Atlanta. Funeral services were held on Monday, December 01, 2008 at the Green Funeral Home, Atlanta, MI, Pastor David Fisher officiating.
