Chase Joseph Zavita Mr. Chase Joseph Zavita, 25 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away suddenly on December 27, 2013. He was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on January 5, 1988, the son of Frank and Marlene (Silvey) Zavita. He resided in Atlanta for the past twenty years and was currently employed at Tim Bill's Trucking in Fairview. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed reloading his own rounds. He liked to be outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and photography. He was often found riding his four-wheeler or his horse. Chase was a Christian and loved the Lord. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by loving parents, Frank (Marlene) Zavita of Atlanta; brother, Shannon (Mary) Hayes of Naples, Florida; sisters, Velvet (Scott) Whitt of Atlanta; Teagan (Dan) Bircher of Washington; and grandmother, Mary Flood of Atlanta. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial held in celebration of his life Thursday, January 2, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Mio Baptist Church; Mio, Michigan.
