Charlie Armstrong

Charlie Roy Armstrong Mr. Charlie Roy Armstrong, 60 of Hillman, Michigan passed away at his home on October 6, 2013. He was born to the late, Arnold and Helen (Allen) Armstrong in Pontiac, Michigan on January 15, 1953. He married wife, Peggi (Sutter) Armstrong in Lapeer, Michigan on March 21, 2006. He has lived in Hillman for the last seven years, formerly of North Branch. Charlie retired from General Motors Truck and Bus Plant in Pontiac after 32 years of service. He was a member of Narcotics Anonymous and was very proud of being clean for many years. He enjoyed his motorcycle and riding out to Sturgis, as well as working on cars and farming. He is survived by wife, Peggi Armstrong of Hillman; daughter, Michelle of British Columbia, Canada; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Jack Armstrong of Pontiac; Russell Armstrong of Mancelona; sisters, Gloria Smith of Pontiac; Donna Armstrong of Mancelona; and Brenda Armstrong of Oregon. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr. Armstrong at this time.
He is survived by wife, Peggi Armstrong of Hillman; daughter, Michelle of British Columbia, Canada; 2 grandchildren; brothers, Jack Armstrong of Pontiac; Russell Armstrong of Mancelona; sisters, Gloria Smith of Pontiac; Donna Armstrong of Mancelona; and Brenda Armstrong of Oregon.
As were his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mr. Armstrong at this time.
