Charles "Bob" Vincek

Mr. Charles “Bob” Robert Vincek, 88 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at his home with his loving wife at his side on the early morning of December 19, 2022. He was born in North Judson, Indiana to the late, Charles and Anna (Bau) Vincek on February 27, 1934. He married his wife, Jane (Ozier) Vincek on June 13, 1995 and together they celebrated 27 years of marriage before his passing. The couple moved to the Atlanta area permanently in 1997. Bob worked as a ranger for the Thunder Bay Golf Course for 25 years. He was an outdoorsman at heart and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing golf. He is and will be deeply missed.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Jane Vincek of Atlanta; children, Becky (Mike) Plante of Windermere, Florida; Stacey (Steve) Meyer of Sawyer; Vincent (Vicki) Vincek of Harbert; Chris (Mike) Davis of Cape Coral, Florida; Josh Vincek of Decatur; stepson, James Weedman of Riverton, Illinois; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Vincek of South Bend, Indiana; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Anna Vincek; son, Robin; sister-in-law, Ann Vincek; and stepfather, Woodrow Quist.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember Bob privately at this time.
