Charles Malcolm Vestrand II Charles Malcolm Vestrand II, 50, of Hillman, passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 20, 2006 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on August 4, 1956 to Charles and Margaret (Daniels) Vestrand in Detroit, MI. Charles moved to Hillman from Highland, MI after vacationing in the area since the 1960's. He worked as a carpenter most of his adult life. He was a happy go lucky guy, and enjoyed taking fishing trips to Canada. Charles is survived by his brother, Tim (Carrie) Vestrand of Berkley, MI; sisters, Terra Vestrand of Aspen, CO, and Patricia Vestrand of Boulder, CO; and a nephew, Michael. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held on Saturday, and a celebration of his life will be held at his brother's home in Berkley on the 9th of September at 7:00 PM. Memorials have been suggested to the Michigan Humane Society, 2671 North Western Highway, Suite 175, Southfield, MI 48033

As were his wishes, cremation has taken place.
