Charles 'Chuck' Mack Scott Mr. Charles "Chuck" Mack Scott, 84 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at Alpena Regional Medical Center. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky on June 2, 1929 to the late, Charles and Elizabeth (Bush) Scott. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served his country proudly in the Korean War. He married wife, Helen (Nieman) Scott in Livonia, Michigan on December 9, 1966. Chuck retired from Ford Motor Company where he worked as a computer technician. He was a long-time member of the Fraternal Order of Atlanta Eagles 4077, the Lewiston Moose, American Legion, and the Hillman VFW Post 2356. He was also a lifetime member of the Elks, in which many bonds and friendships were formed. Chuck liked to hunt when he was younger and in the past he enjoyed bowling and shooting pool. He also liked to take casino trips. One thing that always remained constant was his need to spend time with family. He is survived by loving wife of 46 years, Helen Scott of Atlanta; son, Dale (Marie) Scott of Warren; daughter, Gayla Piscunere of Westland; stepdaughters, JoAnna Lacy of Riley; Grace Rudy of Harrison; six beloved grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brother, Allan (Lil) Scott of Linden. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth Scott. As were his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held for Mr. Scott on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11:00 at the Atlanta Eagles. Memorials can be made in memory of Chuck to the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4077.
