Charles Cousineau

Charles M. Cousineau Charles Michael Cousineau, 56, of Hillman, passed away at his residence on August 8, 2007 following a short illness. He was born on February 27, 1951 to Charles and Loretta (fisher) Cousineau in Alpena, MI. He has lived in Hillman since 1998 formerly of Alpena. He worked for National Gypsom at the Huron Cement Plant in Alpena for many years, and was currently employed as the groundskeeper for the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center for the Air National Guard. Mike loved to hunt and watch wildlife, especially the birds and bears in his back yard. He enjoyed working on cars, both painting and mechanically. He had a passion for music, he played the guitar and sang. Mike is survived by his wife, Loretta of Hillman, MI; sons, Michael (Bev) Cousineau, Chad (Angel) Cousineau, Travis (Holly) Cousineau all of Alpena, and Kenny (Jody) Barrie of Hillman, MI; 5 grandchildren, Melissa, Jamie, Jordan, Dakota, and Kobe; great granddaughter, Alexia; brothers, Lynn (Darlene) Cousineau of Alpena, MI, and Pat (Cindy) Cousineau of Rust Twp, MI; sisters, Bonnie (Dennis) Ladley of Massilon, OH, and Dawn (Charlie) Carr of Kentucky; Father and Mother in law, Kenny and Joan Smith of Hillman, MI; brother in law, DeWayne (Shilo) Smith of Hillman, MI; and sister in law Diania (Don) Spindler of Hillman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Loretta, and a brother Gary Cousineau. Funeral services for Mr. Cousineau will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m., at the Green Funeral Home, Hillman, MI, Pastor Roger Steele officiating. Visitation hours will be held from noon until time of service.

Funeral services for Mr. Cousineau will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m., at the Green Funeral Home, Hillman, MI, Pastor Roger Steele officiating. Visitation hours will be held from noon until time of service.
