Bonnie Carroll

Mrs. Bonnie Lou Carroll, 78 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at her home on October 31, 2020. She was welcomed into Heaven with open arms by her husband, Bill. She was born in Romeo, Michigan on February 23, 1942 to the late, Stanley and Wilma (Kulow) Boetcher. Bonnie was very active in her community. She was the den mother for cub scouts and a pivotal member of the Lewiston Historical Society. She had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed the critters in her yard, rock collecting, and fishing. She also liked artex painting, ceramics, making hook rugs, antiques, and attending craft shows. Family was very, very important to Bonnie. She attended every sporting event that her grandchildren participated in and she valued her time spent with each one. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her son, Roger (Stacy) Carroll; Jeff (Terri) Carroll; grandchildren, Brian (Grace) Carroll; Michael (Keisha) Carroll; Kayla (Kris) Steil; Melissa (Jacob) Carroll; Austin, and Alyssa; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly (Keith) Richardson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Wilma Boetcher; and husband, Bill.

A graveside service will take place for Mrs. Carroll at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Albert Township Cemetery, Lewiston; Pastor Dave Engel officiating. Visitation will take place at Green Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until time of service at the cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Green Funeral Home.
