Mrs. Betty Lou Apsey, 86 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully at her home on the morning of June 15, 2020. She was born to the late, Merle and Ruth (Hillman) Henderson on June 14, 1934 in Saginaw, Michigan. Formerly of Saginaw, she has resided in Lewiston for the past eleven years. Betty enjoyed crossword puzzles, her shiatsu, Penny, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
Betty is survived by her son, Steven Apsey of Lewiston; daughter, Dawn (Clyde) March of Waynesville, North Carolina; grandchildren, Amy Jo Slater, Robert Ferguson, Andy Apsey, Nick Apsey, Jessie Apsey, Steven Apsey, Stacey (Shane) Morgan, Anthony, Christopher, and T.J. Charo; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; nephews, Brian and Brad Henderson; and nieces, Brenda Higgins and Bonnie Ashjian. She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Ruth Henderson; husband, Clarence; sons, Gregg Scott and Michael Jon; and brother, Robert J. Henderson.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial held in celebration of Betty's life at a later date.
