Barbara Wickman

Mrs. Barbara Jean Wickman, 83, passed away on July 9, 2021 at MediLodge of Hillman. Barbara Jean was born on May 8, 1938 in Hawks, Michigan to Thomas and Matilda (DeCare) Huntley. Barbara Jean was one of 14 children. Barbara Jean owned a small restaurant for a short time in the Pontiac area where her goulash was well known and appreciated, but most of her career was in customer service for Speigel catalog. Barbara Jean also enjoyed acting as caregiver for many special people. In her free time, Barbara Jean enjoyed crocheting, crossword and jigsaw puzzles and nature.

Barbara Jean is preceded in death by her husband, William Craig; parents, Thomas and Matilda Huntley; four brothers; and six sisters. She is survived by sisters, Marie (Ray) Dufflo; Jane (Gerald) Groebe; Judy Zanetti; and several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at MediLodge of Hillman for their thoughtful and patient care. Final arrangements were made by Green Funeral Home. Barbara Jean will be interred in the William Craig plot at Perry Park Cemetery in Pontiac.
