Barbara Karnafel

Ms. Barbara Ann Karnafel, 55 of Lewiston, Michigan died peacefully at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland with her daughter, Shannon at her side on February 18, 2022. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 19, 1966 to the late, John and Catherine (Korona) Felt. She moved to Lewiston from Taylor eight years ago. Barbara was a member of the 50+ Club and loved to play BINGO. She was the life of the party, always smiling and willing to lend her hand to anyone that needed her help. She was social, loved music, and was very talented with crochet. Above everything, she enjoyed time with family and will be deeply missed.

Barbara is survived by her children, Shannon Kelly of Mio; Kevin Benson of River Rouge; Jennifer Benson of Dearborn Heights; Steven Karnafel of Detroit; numerous grandchildren; brothers, Brian (June) Felt of Taylor; Paul Felt of California; John Felt of Sterling Heights; son-in-law, Keith (Erin) Lemanski; niece-daughter, Tiffany Felt and Stephanie Marie; and nephew, Brian Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Catherine Felt; and son, Little John.

Funeral services for Barbara will take place at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 25, 2022 at Green Funeral Home, Lewiston; Pastor Dave Fisher officiating. Visitation will take place from noon until time of service.
