Barbara Fern Hubbard Mrs. Barbara Fern Hubbard, 79 of Lewiston, MI passed away on August 9, 2012 at her residence with loved ones by her side. She was born to Joseph and Fern (Foster) Truhn in Ypsilanti, MI on June 30, 1933. She has lived in Lewiston since 1969, formally of Ypsilanti. She worked various jobs over the years, including bartending at Annex Bar, which was later named The Longhorn Saloon; and the American Legion Post. She also worked at the Lewiston Lustre factory. Barbara was a member at the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and served as the chaplain at one time. She liked to socialize with friends and enjoyed music, crafts and crocheting. She always enjoyed going to the Lewiston Timberfest and the Lewiston Car Show. Above everything, she enjoyed her time spent with family and friends. She is survived by her children; sons, Kim (Amy) Hubbard of Atlanta; Kevin (Dawn) Hubbard of Fenton; daughters, Janet (Ron) Spragg of Ypsilanti; Colleen Coleman of Malton, FL; Wendy (Jim) Cotner of Hartselle, AL; Denise (Steve) Rahn of Lewiston; twenty-six grandchildren; forty-one great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren with one on the way; and sister, Judy Glenn of Lewiston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Hubbard and brothers, Doug and Duane. Visitation held for Mrs. Hubbard on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Green Funeral Home, Lewiston, MI.
