Arnold Lee Favel

Mr. Arnold Lee Favel, 67 of Hillman, Michigan died peacefully on December 26, 2024. He was born on January 29, 1957 in Durand, Michigan to the late Cecil and Ella Jean (Walworth) Favel. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. Arnold moved to the Hillman area in 1984. He was a member of the Baptist Church in Atlanta and previous minister to churches in Harrisville, Hillman, and Arkansas. He loved animals and was a 4H member along with his late wife, Leslie. He liked hunting and fishing and spending time with the people he loved. He is and will be deeply missed.

Arnold is remembered by his brothers, Linwood Favel, Bill (Mary) Favel, and Andy Favel; numerous nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law, Janet Montney; Katherine (Pat) Topping. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ella Jean Favel; wife, Leslie; and brother, Leroy.

Funeral services for Arnold will take place at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Green Funeral Home, Atlanta. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until time of service. Interment will take place in the Spring at Avery Township Cemetery where Arnold will be laid to rest.
