Ann Louise Esarey Mrs. Ann Louise Esarey, 84 of Atlanta, Michigan passed away on January 9, 2015 at her home with her loving husband at her side. She was born to the late, C.J. and Fern (Sheldon) Whitney in Wyandotte, Michigan on September 20, 1930. She married husband, Patrick Esarey on August 13, 1956 and together they celebrated 58 years of marriage before her passing. Ann graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and went on to teach elementary in Wyandotte. The couple moved to Canada Creek Ranch over 30 years ago. Formerly of Farmington, she enjoyed making afghans and scarves, as well as playing cards, and was a member of the Bridge Club out at the ranch. Along with her husband, they traveled all over the world, visiting 47 states. Above everything she did, Ann enjoyed her time spent with family and friends and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick Esarey of Atlanta; sons, Dan (Debra Meagher) Esarey of Greenville, Ohio; Eric (Elizabeth) Esarey of Berkley, California; grandchildren, Tom, Pat, and Natalie; great-grandson, Owen; and sister, Mary Jean Smitka of Rogers City. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned for Mrs. Esarey at this time.
