Andrew Erving

Mr. Andrew Scott Erving, 48 of Atlanta, Michigan died in December 26, 2020 at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey. He was born on February 24, 1972 in Gaylord, Michigan to Duncan and Faye (MacDonald) Erving. Andrew resided in Atlanta all of his life and drove truck for over 30 years, most recently for JCD Transport out of Lachine. On July 4, 2008 he married his wife, Cindy (Ranft) Erving and together they celebrated 12 years of marriage before his passing. He was an outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He will be dearly missed.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Cindy Erving of Atlanta; sons, Kurtice Erving of Gaylord; Kodi (Jessica) Erving of Olympia, Washington; Kelcie Erving of Gaylord; brother, Matthew Erving of Alger; parents, Duncan and Faye Erving of Atlanta; aunt, Loretta Kemper of Detroit; and uncle, Mike (Heidi) MacDonald of Atlanta.

In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember him privately at this time.
